DG Pack began as a packaging consultancy and grew into a factory that runs every stage of corrugated production in-house — from paper roll to finished, printed box.

How a box gets made

Five stages, all of them ours. Nothing is subcontracted, which is why the quality and the delivery date stay under our control.

  1. Corrugating
    01

    Corrugating

    Paper rolls become corrugated sheet. A second line is being installed now, aimed at growing capacity to around 500 tons a month.

  2. Printing
    02

    Printing

    Sheets are printed to the design made for that specific box — including digital printing, on the first cardboard digital press brought into Egypt.

  3. Lamination
    03

    Lamination

    Printed and corrugated sheets are bonded into the finished board.

  4. Die-cutting
    04

    Die-cutting

    A set of die-cutters turns the board into a box blank at the required size and shape.

  5. Finishing
    05

    Finishing

    The blank is glued or stitched into a box, then bundled.

Capacity

1,800 tons of corrugated packaging a year.

The road here

  1. 1996

    Eng. Hossam begins working as a technical development consultant to packaging factories.

  2. 2002

    Becomes a supplier of packaging dies.

  3. 2012

    Launches his own company.

  4. 2019–2020

    Imports the first cardboard digital printing press in Egypt, and rebrands as DG Pack.

  5. 2024–2025

    A second corrugating line takes capacity from 150 toward a targeted 500 tons a month.
