Before you order
What's the smallest order you'll take?
One bundle of one size. There's an upper cap of 5 bundles per web order — a delivery-volume limit, not a stock one, so a bigger job just becomes a second order.
Can you print our logo on the box?
Yes — printing is available on most stocked sizes. Send your artwork and the printed price per bundle is confirmed before production starts.
What if the size we need isn't in the catalogue?
We cut a die for it. Bring a product, a drawing or a sample through the custom-order form and we quote it directly.
How is the shipping cost worked out?
By your governorate and the total weight of your order — shown at checkout once you pick your governorate.
How do we pay?
We confirm the order and shipping cost with you on WhatsApp first. Payment is cash on delivery, or arranged with our sales team.
